Established in 2004, we specialize in property services and property management located at Hualalai Resort, Kukio, and Ka'upulehu Development.

Description

We have managed over 130 properties at Hualalai Resort, Kukio, Kolea and Pauoa. Our properties range from 2 bedroom villas to 6 bedroom homes. We feel with our knowledge, relationships and integrity we can help assure you that you are being properly taken care of at the right price. Our clients say to us that we save them more money then then they pay us. We do not make money on our subcontracted services. Our goal is to give you the best advice on what is required to properly maintain your property, provide you the best options for doing so while making sure you don't overpay.
